The one I am working on now. I am trying to find the 3D shape of a protein that helps cancer cells multiply through our body.. so if I do find the shape, I can actually use it to design a medicine that attacks that protein and de-activates it. So the cancer cells won’t be able to multiply anymore!
So this project holds the secret for a potential solution to cancer, and that’s why I feel this is the greatest experiment I have done so far πŸ™‚

The greatest experiment I did was looking at how bacteria (specifically the one that causes Typhoid Fever) can infect the body and how it gets inside cells.
I had a moment of “wow this is so cool”, because it was almost like seeing inside someones body, and the bacteria managed to invade the cells so quickly!!
This was also the experiment that I have done which I thought could have the biggest impact in the real world and help discover why Typhoid fever manages to infect people like it does.

I took photos of some UV patterns on flowers from the tropics that hadn’t been seen before! They patterns are seen by bees and other animals but are normally invisible to humans. Humans can see red, green and blue light whereas bees see green, blue and UV! With my specialist camera lens i managed to see like a bee πŸπŸ‘€πŸ“· I got to work with lots of scientists from across the world and they helped me with my project! If we can discover more about why bees choose the flowers that they do, it could help with understanding bee behaviour and help with conservation efforts !🐝🌸🌼🌺
