Hello there ๐Ÿ– I believe the most popular courses in the UK are Life Sciences (Biomedical science etc.), Business and Medicine!๐Ÿ‘ It’s hard to say about pay because even with a pretty niche degree, you can apply for jobs in so many different industries. For example, I studied Biochemistry because I loved science but about 50% of the people on my course were studying it so they could go into business (businesses love people with science degrees!). The most important factor is that you pick something you ENJOY and something that will land you in an area you like ๐Ÿ˜Š You can get a well paid job in most sectors – some are just a little harder to find!๐Ÿ˜Ž But if you enjoy what you do and work hard, there is no reason you can’t succeed in whichever area you find interesting ๐Ÿค™๐ŸŽ‰

Hey! So I think the Medical sciences; Biomed, Microbiology, Pharmacology etc are the degrees which are extremely popular and also can lead to well paid jobs after graduating. Jobs can be as research scientist, working in academia or clinical sciences (in hospitals). ๐Ÿงซ ๐Ÿงช
However, I have known many people to come out of science and go into business – either Bio Businesses, Marketing and Sales for life sciences or even PR and Communication for the life sciences too! ๐Ÿ“ˆโœ๏ธ
These are also really great jobs, have great pay and you get to travel too!
If you want to know more about jobs, salary expectations and what degree people did to get their check out http://www.prospects.ac.uk and have a little look at their job profiles ๐Ÿ‘€
