I haven’t made any discoveries about Mars myself BUT i did recently write some social media posts about Martian landslides and how they may not have been caused by ice like we once thought! They used 3D images from a satellite to show the ridges of the landslides – the landslide was the size of London and the tallest ridge was almost as big Mount Everest! How cool! ❄️☄️🏞

Like Sammie, I’ve sadly not made any discoveries about Mars myself: all of my work is based on planet earth. But my company does have a Space group, so I know people who’ve worked on Mars stuff–even made things that will end up going to Mars on board a rover! They have some interesting challenges: for example, they have to be very careful that everything they make is kept really really clean, so no bacteria or anything else biological ends up on the rover. Can you imagine NASA announcing they’d found life on Mars, then realising that the “life” came from our laboratory & is just a few skin cells from one of our scientists? 😨

I havent worked on or discovered anything about Mars myself, but I love reading about it, like Sammies comment over here which sounds really cool!

I also especially enjoy when Elon Musk talks about it..

No I have never made any discoveries about Mars, but I love learning about it! I’m certain that there must be life on other planets and Mars does look like a pretty good bet…
It would also be amazing to see the landscapes of other planets!
