ooh, This is a nice question!
Well, I would say the B-cell is my favourite. That is a white blood cell and its job is to secretly scan any invading cells (like bacteria / viruses, etc.) and to design an army of proteins called antibodies that would target only those invaders and kill them. AND it doesn’t end there.. the B-cells also transform themselves into “memory cells” that remember the exact invader and are ready to attack it if it shows up again. Thats the reason you don’t get the same disease twice in 10 years..
Wicked, init?
